About me
For over 10 years, I’ve embraced an innovative mindset while working in small to medium-size high growth companies, holding a variety of roles in Customer Support, Account Management, Customer Success, and Operations. Joining early-stage teams instilled an 'all hands on deck' attitude in me, and I often found myself as one of the first members in newly formed teams, carving out my own career path along the way. I was always motivated by challenges, as I always felt like there was a problem to be solved that I wanted to see through to the end. This drive has kept me at just two organizations over the past decade, where I’ve had the chance to grow and make significant contributions to early stage teams.
After spending my career orbiting around the product and customer in various roles, I began to explore a pivot that would allow me to contribute my skills, curiosity and creative problem solving in a more direct way. As a lifelong learner, it was a clear path to embark on a UX/UI program with DesignLab. My past skills and desire to be a creative problem solver provided a strong foundation for my success in this career pivot.
As a designer, I’m an instinctive problem solver who relies on my intuition to tackle challenges and figure out what’s really going on beneath the surface. I’m agile and a constant tinkerer, always working towards a more perfect solution. As a team member, I pride myself on being approachable, empathetic, and quick to bring humor into any situation. I believe that blending deep insight with a genuine, lighthearted approach helps to create meaningful connections – and that is where I believe the best success comes from. I’m excited for the next chapter in my career, where I can design products that solve real-world problems that integrate seamlessly into people’s lives—after all, that’s where my design approach starts: with empathy and a deep understanding of the human experience.
Okay… but what kind of small talk can you look forward to while we wait for everyone to join the meeting?
Over the past few years, I’ve taken up golf and officially caught the bug—always down to play a round or swap stories from the course. I’ve also been on a never-ending quest to perfect my homemade pizza recipe (I’ve got tips if you’re interested!). Podcasts? Don’t get me started unless you’re ready to dive deep. A longtime Bravo TV fan, we can go down that rabbit hole if you’re prepared. I’m passionate about homeownership and have tackled several renovation projects myself— I’ll share the nightmares but somehow still convince you to try it too. As a longtime city dweller, I love hearing about your latest dining adventures and sharing a few of my own.
Or, if it’s just one of those days, we can stick to talking about the weather. No judgment. 🌦️
