Driven by a deep curiosity about the human experience and a natural problem-solver mindset, I thrive on exploring what makes us tick, what connects us, and how we shape our world.

Over the past 10+ years, I've contributed to early-stage teams in Customer Support, Account Management, and Operations, carving my own path while optimizing processes and enhancing customer experiences.

My journey has always revolved around the end customer—continuously expanding my ability to see through their eyes and deeply understand their needs. Now, as a UX/UI designer, I channel that same intuition into crafting solutions that address real-world problems, always rooted in empathy for the human connection.
